General sales conditions

Definition of services:

The services included in the selling price of the commercial offers proposed by 90DaysChallenge are the subject of particular conditions defined on each purchase order.

Prices:

All prices are exclusive of tax. The tariffs of these offers remain firm and final. 90DaysChallenge reserves however the right to modify the tariffs of its offers.

Sales Tax:

A sales tax (TVA - 7.6%) will be added to purchases made by residents of Switzerland. All purchases made by non-Swiss residents will be exclusive of this tax as such purchases are considered exports.

Obligations of 90DaysChallenge:

90DaysChallenge places at the disposal of the customer, for their own use, the supports indicated, which are all subject to a copyright accepted by the customer.

Responsibility et Guarantees:

Each party guarantees they are title holder of all legal authorizations necessary to exercise their professional activity and declare to perform this in accordance with the regulations in force.

Delays and modes of payment:

Orders less than CHF 5,000.00 (Ex. TVA):

Payment directly via the site, or on receipt of invoice by cheque or credit transfer to the order of GCI (Globe-Contact International, owner of 90DaysChallenge.com)

Orders more than CHF 5,000.00 (Ex. TVA):

Staged payment possible, according to agreement.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of workshops/seminars are subject to the cancellation terms listed here.

Reserves:

90DaysChallenge.com reserves the right to refuse any advertisement, press release, advertising banner, commercial offer etc. that it considers to be unsuitable.

Jurisdiction:

This contract is governed by Swiss law. In the event of dispute on its interpretation or the execution of the one of its provisions, and in the absence of prior friendly agreement of the parties, the commercial court of Lausanne / Switzerland will be the only one qualified in the arbitration of the litigation.
