The enemy is sometimes hiding where we least expect: for example in the technology we use to make our work easier!

A new insidious form of stress has appeared: "technostress", a term created by the Professor Larry Rosen, of the university of California. It is linked to our increasing dependence on all the devices invading our lives, necessary to facilitate our life, but that can also render us sick.

Add to that the fact that a lot of degenerative diseases can be ascribed to local abnormalities in the magnetic field. How to react to these new threats?

PS. To recharge your batteries and take a step back, you can also come to take a short break in Tunisia with us, in JUNE or this AUTUMN!

This Month:
Technostress and electro-magnetic disturbances -
is it serious doctor?

The state department of the health in the USA, as well as many of the world's scientists, arrived at the conclusion that a lot of degenerative diseases (some being fatal) can be ascribed to local abnormalities in the magnetic field (electromagnetic pollution is more and more common: mobile telephones, PCs, microwaves, television sets etc.).

Besides this, a new insidious form of stress has appeared: "technostress", a term created by the Professor Larry Rosen, of the university of California. It is linked to our increasing dependence on all the devices invading our lives, necessary to facilitate our life, but that can also make us ill , by creating a disruption of our internal environment (bodily energy system) and exterior (electromagnetic pollution). The technology creates a world in which we have the impression of being important. Our brain puts itself in a condition of dependence and we become prisoners.

In the drive to be connected, are we not becoming slaves to our machines?

  • As soon as Delphine, 8 years, is awake, her mobile phone is on the go. Without it, she cries and shows no interest in anything.

  • André has been retired for 5 years. What does he miss most? His work's mobile phone that people called him on continually. He cursed it but in reality he was flattered. He had the impression to be indispensable.

Delphine and André have something in common: They are hooked on their mobile phones. For them, to be called, is to live: "I exist ". Others are hooked on the TV, SMS, or their laptop. The Internet is a link with the entire world. But that also can become a labyrinth from which we never leave.

Recommended ACTIONS
Ideas are important, results count… Act Now!

A 'wake-up call' always precedes change. Before being able to do something it is necessary to have accepted the situation:

  • We have become vulnerable and "hooked" on emails, SMS, telephones and laptops, on the internet (second life and others), on which we seem often to depend for our survival and that encroach widely into our private life.

  • We are overly sensitive to the slightest breakdown, to the tiniest "computer bug" showing that we have become "technostressed", dependant on the tools designed to make our life easier!

  • At the level of our environment, pollution due to the transmissions of high and very high frequencies of mobile telephones and the magnetic field disturbed by all the devices that surround us can have a detrimental effect on our health, similar, for example, to that of passive smoking. If the fight against smoking is organized, we often forget other causes for which we sometimes have little energy.

The fight begins to organize itself after a 'wake-up call': Dependence on modern technologies can be as damaging as dependence on a game, on tobacco or on something else.

All these addictions have big things in common: basically fear and disappointment, a desire to escape, to flee, to live another life.

Being conscious of this allows us to protect our internal environment (by not becoming slaves to our tools) and external, (by using tools to neutralize electro-magnetic radiation).

The OASIS model

  1. The OASIS model proposes an innovative, systematic, structured approach, pedagogically organized in five steps for the people and five steps for the organization, in order to combat stress & burnout and avoid dependency

  2. The concrete approach of OASIS allows you to work individually or in a team, at home or at work, at your pace and starting from your current situation. OASIS develops intelligence and emotional / relational and strategic coherence.

  3. OASIS allows the evolution of situations in the right direction while working on the beneficial balance zones, notably with the effect of leverage and the 'tipping point'. The pleasure to live and to realize a work that has direction remains the most powerful and most natural motivator there can be.

You have the occasion to participate soon, and for free, in a workshop presenting OASIS - or to order the OASIS Manual online

OASIS is available:

  • in workshops (public, in small groups) or in companies and institutions
  • in manuals (hard copy or download (PDF)
  • with or without individual support

F3S - FINANCIAL FREEDOM and FITNESS for SENIORS

With the increase in life expectancy and the decrease in state pension benefits, it is necessary for us all to prepare ourselves from an increasingly young age to guarantee our - Financial Freedom and Fitness - and to be able to choose the time to retire from working life, while having the means to live a creative life, without financial concerns. That demands the development of a state of mind, certain approaches and specific tools, notably:

  1. A 90DAYS FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE tool allowing everyone who wishes to do so to be productive and manage their capital, to be able to master their future

  2. A model of FITNESS (mental and physical health care) - OASIS allowing you to leave stress and burnout behind while mastering your thinking processes

  3. A NETWORK: a supportive sharing community comprising different benefits and places to live in a healthy, economical and sure manner: in Europe or in Tunisia, for example.
A discovery trip is foreseen between the 18 to 23 June 2007 - come with us to discover the outstanding possibilities prepared by our Tunisian partner, SAMY, who will be present to show all the possibilities - medium and long duration - and business opportunities for seniors in Tunisia
