The 90 Days e-xperts system: a multi-service solution to give value to the expertise of seniors

It constitutes a platform that will centralize different applications, chosen 'à la carte':

Useful to society in general, to preserve and take advantage of unique know-how

A new culture.

Based on the fact that, professionally, senior people are often considered too expensive, many competencies and know-how are being lost because they no longer have the occasion to transmit the knowledge they patiently obtained and developed. As a result, we have entered into a process where everyone is losing.

To reverse this tendency, different initiatives were launched. 90 DAYS e-xperts now adds their rock to the pile, in proposing a suite of services equally as useful to seniors as they are to businesses and society in general. It is a matter of establishing a new culture, demanding and flexible at the same time, to adopt a collective vision aiming to obtain an overall advantage for society, a Win-Win formula. A suite of daily services.

So that people can understand and work together, a common and structured language is required. The 90 DAYS e-xperts system consists to help seniors via partners, themselves former managers and leaders, by proposing a suite of services from the elaboration of a CV with incorporated evaluation system, to establishing contacts and networks with various partners, via the internet and meetings.

Based on a specially developed management, positioning decision making software, each person is counseled and oriented in their choices in order to plan and optimize their approach.

All partners adhere to the 90 DAYS network whilst remaining independent.

The initiators of the project:

Themselves ex managers and leaders, now seniors and independent, Les Posner Les.Posner@90DaysChallenge.com, engineer and coach (for the English section) and Jo Triponez Jo.Triponez@90DaysChallenge.com, presenter and consultant (for the French section) are at the origin of this new service.

To develop the 90 DAYS e-xperts program, they created a company (Sàrl) based in St. Sulpice, Switzerland. They will bring the various e-xperts services to market progressively and remain open to partnerships and collaboration, notably for the extension of the e-xperts services at the national and international level.
